Well, well, well, it's hard to believe that summer is over. It's been another busy one full of family, friends and fun.
We got some unexpected family time up in Ohio when my grandfather passed away. It was a very sad time for all, though it was so nice to have everyone together, too. Though I didn't take many photos on this trip, here are a few documenting Parker and Avery's hugs with Nana, their fun fishing experience (Avery caught her first fish) and Parker and Avery even got Papa to run through the sprinkler with them! :)
Over the 4th of July weekend we spent time down at Grandpa and Beegee's new house house in St. James. Avery gained a ton of confidence with the ocean and sand at the beach. She was little miss social bee and talked to everyone on the beach. She also loved using the new boogie board (or really just pulling it around for the most part - cute, regardless!)

Avery has spent the last 3 years with Miss Donna and her crew at daycare. She loves the girls there and especially loves Donna and her daughter Taylor. They have been family to us, really. Avery started school last week, so we had to say some "good-byes." Glad I nabbed these photos earlier this summer:
